Dear Mr. McCutcheon and Ms. Taylor,
Recently I bought a 2002 Dodge Dakota Club Cab pickup from your dealership, Ann Taylor's Used Autos, on Washington Rd in Augusta. I called Vance earlier this week and asked him if it was time for my truck to be serviced and he told me to bring it to any of the Taylor Auto Group dealerships and he would see that my service was done to my vehicle. I took my pickup to Taylor Infiniti where Vance works and they serviced my truck today.
When I say they serviced my truck, I mean without question they really serviced my truck. Not only did they change the oil and filters, but they really washed my truck, vacuumed it out, shined my tires and put some air freshener inside the cab. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the service that I received at your dealership today.
I bought two new vehicles at a dealership down the street from yours and I never received the kind of service that I experienced at yours. I hope Ms. Taylor that you appreciate the quality people that you have running these dealerships, they are definitely top of the line people.
There is no question in my mind that when I am in the market for another vehicle, I will definitely be coming back to one of your dealerships for my purchase simply because of the great customer service that I received at your Infiniti dealership. Recently I purchased my second G35 Sedan from Taylor Infiniti. I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Stevan Morris and Vance McCutcheon. Both of them made the experience fun. They worked with me to understand all the new "gadgets" on the new verses the previous G35 I leased, they even called me back for a second run through for any questions I had. I think my favorite part of the car would be not having to dig through my purse for keys! As long as the key pod is near the door, I can hit the button on the door handle to unlock it and press the "start" button to go!
I also don't have to dig for my phone ... the Bluetooth automatically connects my phone and when I get a call, it cuts the radio and tells me I have a call! No more making sure I can find the phone when it rings!
Oh and don't forget the backup camera and navigation. Although these features probably aren't new to the car industry, they are to me and they're on MY FAVORITE car. I absolutely love this car. Although both experiences at Taylor Infiniti were with different people, they all made me feel very comfortable with everything ... something I've never received at other dealerships.

About two weeks ago I was surfing the net for a a car my wife wanted ... she was considering between an Infiniti and another brand. Made the inquiries to both dealership. And to my pleasant surprise Josh Bentley called back in about an hour and fixed an appointment next day. The professional touch went beyond my expectation. The test drive and the courtesy we received sealed the deal and in THREE hours my wife got into her G35 and drove it home. My wife says it's the best. Thanks Josh who had to stay back late to seal the deal while his family was waiting for him ... because that day was his birthday. And to Josh ... thanks for going the extra mile and keeping your cool inspite of our arm twisting. We will be back!
